He remains in these two positions today. When he was hired, the company was facing many challenges that needed to be addressed quickly. For example, staffing benefits and wages needed revamping in order to attract higher quality and longevity in employees. They also needed to move the operations to an air-conditioned facility to mediate humidity issues relevant to Ceramics production.
